Nutrition
Those who like exercise and to live a healthy life in order to enjoy a better quality of life, certainly pay attention to a balanced diet.

Eating fast food and drinking alcohol whenever possible will not bring one to successful athletic results. Those who would like to nourish themselves with only cereal, which is at its roots healthy, could also end up with nutritional deficiencies.

You should pay attention and consume carbohydrates, protein and vitamins as well as "good" fats. It is most important that an athlete has a balanced diet. A balanced diet means that you should eat a little bit of everything. Make sure to eat a large variety of foods!

It also doesn't hurt to stay away from fried foods. Drinks with added sugar are just as unnecessary, it is better to stick with fruit and vegetable juice because they contain natural sugars.

Carbohydrates
As endurance athletes, we are allowed to consume a relatively higher amount of carbohydrates on a daily basis.

Amount
As endurance athletes, we are always pressured to be light because light means speedy! But there are athletes who don't eat enough and then are not able to perform well in training and burn less. Some concentrate on their weight, but would never believe that they perhaps don't eat enough.

Hydration
You should always drink enough! The suggestion for an average person is about 1.5 liters of fluid per day. Those who take part in sports should drink about 1 liter per hour. Fluids include water, apple juice, tea, or other similar drinks. Avoid those which contain added sugars in them (like Lemonade), as well as wine or beer.

Bon Appetite and Cheers!
